Comments

When users leave comments on our site, they will also be saved the time of their creation and the username previously chosen by the site visitor. This is for our security, as we may be prosecuted for any illegal content on our website, even if created by users.

Newsletter

On the basis of your expressly given consent, we will regularly send you our newsletter or comparable information by e-mail to your specified e-mail address.

For the receipt of the newsletter the indication of your E-Mail address is sufficient. When you sign up to receive our newsletter, the data you provide will be used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers may also be notified by email about circumstances relevant to the service or registration (such as changes to the newsletter offer or technical conditions).

For an effective registration we need a valid e-mail address. In order to verify that an application is actually made by the owner of an e-mail address, we use the „Double opt-in“ procedure. For this purpose we record the order of the newsletter, the dispatch of a confirmation mail and the receipt of the requested answer. Further data is not collected. The data will be used exclusively for the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties.

The consent to the storage of your personal data and their use for the newsletter can be revoked at any time. Each newsletter has a link to it. In addition, you can unsubscribe from this website at any time or inform us of your request via the contact option indicated at the end of this Privacy Notice.

Usage of script libraries (Google Webfonts)

In order to render our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries on this website, such as: Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/). Google web fonts are transferred to the cache of your browser to prevent multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Web fonts or prohibits access, content will be displayed in a standard font.

The call of script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – but currently also unclear whether and if so for what purposes – that operators of such libraries collect data.

The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Cookies

Cookies are text files that are automatically stored in the visitor’s browser when an online presence is called. This website uses cookies to make the offer user-friendly and functional. For example, these files may allow you to see information that is specifically tailored to your interests on the page. Security-related features to protect your privacy are also made possible by the use of cookies. The exclusive purpose is to tailor our offerings to your needs and to make surfing with us as comfortable as possible and easier to navigate. This website follows the guideline (§96.Abs.3.TKG.05) for the user information on the use of cookies and data protection.

Google Analytics

This offer also uses the web analytics service Google Analytics, a program of Google Inc. (“Google, USA”). The information collected by tracking your use of this website is stored on a Google server in the United States. Through a so-called IP anonymization, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Thus, the location of your browser is only regional assignable, but not their person. Google can evaluate visitor behavior to compile reports on website activity. Other services related to website activity and internet usage can also be provided to the website operator.

Facebook plugins (like button)

This site uses Like buttons from the Facebook social network (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA). When you visit our pages, the social sharing plugin creates a connection between the browser and Facebook. Facebook receives information about the usage behavior on the website. By clicking the “Like button” while you are logged into your Facebook account, the contents of our pages can be linked to your Facebook profile. The operator of this website has no possibility of access to transmitted data, as well as no knowledge about their use by Facebook. If you do not want Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your Facebook account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

Retargeting

This website also uses retargeting technology to target advertisers on our partners’ websites who are already interested in our products. The insertion of the advertising material takes place during retargeting on the basis of a cookie, which is set when a product page is called up. Of course, no personal data are stored in this case, and of course, the use of retargeting technology takes place in compliance with the applicable legal data protection regulations. If you do not want to receive interest-based advertising, you can disable visitors’ use of cookies by Google by viewing the ad preferences. Alternatively, your visitors may disable the use of third-party cookies by visiting the opt-out page of the Network Advertising Initiative.
